Classic Cabernet Sauvignon nose.  Dark Ruby in color with notes of strawberry jam, red bell pepper, strong hints of rhubarb, cinnamon, vanilla and cherry with a subtle whisper of lavender.  Cherry cigar box, red fruits,and hints of vanilla greet the taste buds.  Tannins and well balanced acid finish it off. A good fireside sipper
