A wonderful nose of dark fruits, black pepper, and an earthiness that is classic for a Syrah. A bit of a surprise greets you in the front palate with strong notes of vanilla and sweet blueberries. You will notice black peppery notes on the back of the palate with a long spicy finish. Syrah pairs well with rich braised dishes and stews.
